Scott O’Ferrall

Hi, my name is Scott. I’m a podiatrist at QCity and Canberra Podiatry, where I’ve combined my passion for health, movement, and people into a career I love. My journey into podiatry was a midlife career change—one inspired by a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives through mobility, comfort, and preventative care.

Before entering the world of foot health, I’d spent years fascinated by how the human body works. As someone who’s always valued staying active, I’ve been a committed CrossFit athlete for over 15 years and an avid surfer and golfer. These experiences shape my personal life and directly influence how I understand the body’s movement patterns, demands, and vulnerabilities, especially in the feet and lower limbs.

One of my special interests is golf’s biomechanics. Understanding how the lower body functions in a golf swing allows me to help fellow golfers avoid injury, improve performance, and stay pain-free on the course. Whether working with athletes or those managing chronic conditions like diabetes or arthritis, I always focus on evidence-based, personalised care.

At QCity Podiatry in Queanbeyan, our approach is rooted in genuine connection. We value community, collaboration, and technology-driven care. From supporting local sporting clubs to partnering with other health professionals, our clinic is committed to improving foot health and overall wellness across all walks of life.

Oscar Skrbinsek

Hi, my name is Oscar Skrbinsek, and I’m a podiatrist at QCity Podiatry and Canberra Podiatry. I graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2024 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Podiatric Medicine. I’m passionate about keeping people on their feet, whether through preventative care, foot pain management, or supporting those with more complex conditions.

My special interests include:

  • Diabetic footcare and assessments
  • Ingrown nail management and surgery
  • Football and rugby footwear fitting, advice and assessment
  • Tradespeople foot health
  • Nail, callus and corn management
  • Footwear advice and assessment

As a Canberra local, I’m proud to serve the community I grew up in. I am also a clinician at the High Risk Foot Clinic at Canberra Hospital, where I have extensive experience managing diabetic foot complications. This work has given me a strong foundation in high-risk care and a deep understanding of the importance of early intervention and long-term management of the diabetic foot.

Outside of the clinic, I’m a big fan of rugby, football, and golf—so I understand firsthand how important it is to keep your feet in top shape.

I look forward to working with you and helping you take confident steps toward better foot health.
